What is the 'fun mode'?
Fun mode is intended for free unlimited play to get you familiarized with the game and/or for your entertainment. There is no charge for fun mode; you can play for free as much as you want.
What is the 'real mode'? How can I play it?
When playing the real mode you shall make deposits and use real money to make bets. This is contrary to playing in "fun mode" where you play with free credits without a value. This mode also assumes that upon reaching a qualifying minimum, the winnings you get in the game can be cashed out.

I get the black screen, or "missing plugin" message instead of the game once I use the link to play. What shall I do?

I have neither a mobile telephone nor ISDN. Is it still possible to play your games?
Please do the following: Close your internet connection. After approx. 30 seconds the text 'Retry' appears in the game panel. Call within next 10 minutes, enter the game code and complete it with the "#" key. Reconnect to the internet and click on 'Retry', the game then starts with the correct credit balance.
When entering my game code, I get the message that not enough numbers were entered. What does it mean?
Occasionally this happens when you make a call using mobile phone with DTMF-tones (tones to distinguish the dialled numbers) turned on, i.e. heard when you enter digits. This probably affects the quality of the tones. Our advice is to change your phone settings so you don’t hear the DTMF-tones. If this doesn’t help, please try another phone.
If I enter wrong number, do I get the chance to correct it?
As long as you haven’t completed entering 6 digits numbers with the "#" key, you can still correct it. To do this, enter more than 6 required digits and complete it with the "#" key. The computer recognises wrong code and lets you re-enter your 6 digits again. Should you finish your wrong code with the "#" key, the credits will appear after you call again and enter the correct access code.
My game code is accepted, but the game does not start.
1. Every 6-digit access-code assigned is generally valid, you have probably entered a wrong access-code. Please try again and your missed credits will be added to your balance too. Missed credits are kept in a record with your phone number.
2. An error occurred during data transmission or internet connection quality got poor. Please check the connection and try again. You get the missed credits the next time you call.
Is it possible to play several games at the same time on one PC?
It is possible but we do not recommend you to do so. The gamepanel tracks the information with the help of so-called cookies located on your PC. If your PC hangs and has to be rebooted, the credit balance will be restored. When you have more than one gamepanel open, the second one overwrites the cookie with the information from the first one.
Why can’t I make a call with a phone that prevents number-recognition?
The number-recognition feature is required to prevent our games from abuse; it also helps us making the games more safe and reliable. This has the following advantages for example: credits are saved and linked to your phone number record when any error occurs thus enabling you to save your credits with your phone number. Under normal circumstances, we do not call known phone numbers and never disclose it to any third parties.
Why do I have to indicate my name and place of residence when I win a prize?
We only need the minimum of personal data to transfer your won prize. In addition to the account number, we ask for your surname and place of residence – this info is a necessary addition for your account number. E-mail is needed so we were able to reach you in case the information you entered (address or account number) is incorrect. Finally, we always look forward to keep you posted on our latest news (newsletter is usually sent not more than once in a month).
When the game doesn’t start, do I get a refund for my expenses?
Generally, nothing can go wrong and you should always get your credits. Because of restriction we use to accept calls with recognized numbers only, credits that did not appear in the game for some reason, are automatically stored in our database in connection with your phone number. In case something has gone wrong nevertheless, please get in touch with us using our feedback form. We care for our clients and each complaint is treated in a mostly serious way.
My game is aborted, are my credits lost?
The gamepanel stores a so-called cookie on your computer. When you restart the gamepanel, this cookie will be read and all data will be verified with the data on our game server. If there were any credits left you will be asked to restore the previous game. The cookie has a validity period of 10 minutes and after that the credits balance is automatically stored with your phone number. The next time you call the stored credits should be added to the balance counter. If the game doesn’t display correct balance please get in touch with us using the feedback-form and indicate the balance and time an error occurred.
Are there any restrictions for playing the games?
Our policy is to grant you fulltime access to the games with few to none restrictions, but we monitor players’ activity and behavior. New players have an insertion limit of 100 Euro a day during the first 14 days, counted from the first participation. If, after that, we notice suspicious behavior, we will warn the player. If, however, we have serious indications that our games are being used for abusive behavior, calling at expenses of third parties, laundering of black money, or any other behavior that can not be seen as a normal one, we reserve the right to exclude players by blocking their phone number(s) and suspend payments of prize money. After a phone number is blocked, we will contact the corresponding player and discuss the issue with the service supplier to verify the proper use of the connection.
The game didn’t (re)start after I make a call, what should I do?
For various reasons it might happen so that no credits are added to the balance when a game should be (re)started after a call. Calling several times in such cases would be of no help and is dissuaded. We instead recommend you to send us a feedback from the gamepanel. We are then to make sure the credits will appear on your balance as soon as possible and not later than in 15 minutes after the credits were added to your phone number. Reload the gamepanel and start the game by calling again. If the credits are not added right away, you get it guaranteed with the next additions. Remember, credits will NEVER be lost.
